WHAT TO BRING TO YOUR PADDLESPORT SESSION

If this is your first session of the year, please download the form HERE and bring a completed form with you.
What to bring for kayaking/canoeing sessions:
Tracksuit bottoms (Not Jeans); Shorts in warmer weather, Sweatshirt, T-shirt
Wetsuit (essential November - March)
Wetsuit boots/shoes (not essential)
Trainers (Not Wellington Boots or Hike Boots or Crocs)
Bottle of water (essential in hot weather, this can be tucked inside the canoe/kayak)
Strap for glasses if worn.
What to bring for SUP BEGINNER sessions:
Swimming Trunks/Costume, shorts and t-shirt if you wish, (Wetsuit essential November - March)
Shoes (old trainers)
WHAT WE WILL PROVIDE
Paddlesport craft (canoe, kayak, bellboat, stand-up paddleboard)
Buoyancy aid (essential for under 18’s, recommended for ages 18+)
Safety helmet (essential for under 18’s, recommended for ages 18+)
The centre has a basic toilet and changing area
Please arrive 15 minutes early tso we can make good use of your booking time.
Bring as much food and drink as you like, but please do not drink alcohol before the session or on site.
Be prepared to get wet! (Though capsizing is not mandatory!). We have changing facilities. Please leave valuables at home.
Be kind to our coaches, many of them are volunteers who simply love to teach paddlesport and want to support our centre. Please no offensive language or smoking on site.
