Sea Journeys can be wild and unpredictable. Navigating waves and deep waters, these events are designed to challenge you to take your kayaking to the next level. 

If you would like to achieve your 3* Sea award with British Canoeing, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Kayaking on the sea is an advanced skill suitable for those who have achieved their 2 star award with us (you can achieve this by attending our Saturday morning sessions). 

On Saturday 23rd February, there is a 3 hour Seapoint trip starting at midday.

We will be navigating the sea’s waves and tides. Expertly led by our friendly head coach, Dave Barker, no doubt it will be a journey to remember.

On Saturday 28 July 2018, there is a Seapoint trip starting at Sandown Castle in North Deal. We will be navigating the sea’s waves and tides, we plan to have lunch with the seals at the mouth of the River Stour.  The tides appear to be favourable for the trip, so fingers crossed for summer weather.  This is a 12 mile round trip. The trip will be subject to weather conditions.

On Saturday 17th March, there is a Seapoint trip starting at Walmer Castle.

We will be navigating the sea’s waves and tides as we paddle towards Dover. No doubt it will be a journey to remember.
