At Seapoint Canoe Centre you can be sure of a fantastic time for your child’s party.
Give them a unique experience paddling on the canal with their friends, a memorable activity that’ll put a smile on their face,
Paddle Party Option 1: Canal Castaways! For a party of 8-16 children we can paddle up the canal on the mega SUP (or katakanu depending on group size), with a Seapoint captain at the helm to help steer the way. Plenty of fun and games on the way to keep everyone smiling. Well suited to all different ages and abilities.
Suitable for ages and all abilities. Cost: £15 per guest for 1 hour or £20 for 1.5 hours
Paddle Party Option 2: Swallows and Amazons! Build a raft and sink or swim. Prize for the one that crosses the finish line on the water first. 1 hour raft-making survival skills for Backshall and Grylls fans. Cost:
Paddle Party Option : Can’t think of a theme - maybe I’m going overboard with this (pardon the pun) Crewed katakanus or bellboats for children - a great shout for a group of lively kids.
Suitable for ages 7 - 16 and all abilities. Group size: 4 - 8 children. 1 parent or guardian required to be on the bellboat 8s for under with the Seapoint Captain, Cost: £15 per guest for 1 hour
Paddle Party Option 4: Super SUPs or Kayak-attack! This one is for older children wanting to have a great time learning a new skill together - each paddler will have their own SUP or Kayak and we’ll provide games and fun on the water for some fantastic birthday memories.
Suitable for ages 10 - 16, Guests need to be able to swim. Duration: 1.5 hours Maximum group size: 10 Cost: £20 per child
No adult required to be on water with the group
What’s included?
We provide the paddlecraft, buoyancy aids, helmets and qualified instructors, There’s a portaloo and basic changing facilities on site.
You provide the cake, nibbles and drinks! Kit list on what the kids need to bring is available here
Handy to know: There is a grassy canal bank or there’s the beach located right opposite our centre, so you can bring a birthday picnic before heading home. And…,,,there’s a kiosk selling ice creams close by.
