Cost
Adults £25 per person (Non members) and £20 for Members
Teenagers (16/17): £20 per person (Non members) and £15 for Members
Minimum age : 16 years old
Annual membership costs £55 for adults and £25 for teenagers and includes the licence needed to paddle on the canal with your own board once you have mastered the basic skills.
Clothing: wetsuit or board shorts and rash vest plus swim shoes or old trainers - Seapoint provides buoyancy aids and kayaks. Bring your own wetsuit if you have one.

Kayak for Beginners with Kevin, a friendly qualified instructor with a relaxed style of teaching
All our sessions take place on The Royal Military Canal located between Hythe and Seabrook.
Print out and bring the consent form with you - see “What to bring” section
Arrive 15 minutes before the session starts to get kitted out (we provide all the equipment) and then we’ll try to get out on the water as close to the start time as we can.
Make sure you book 1 week before so we know to expect you!
Minimum age: 18

Note: Our Centre is located on Prince’s Parade, and is in view of the seafront. If driving from Folkestone, turn left onto Prince’s Parade and Seapoint will be immediately on your right.
